Quote/RFQ Disclaimer Terms
1. About these terms
A quote or RFQ request starts Apollo's review process; it does not create a final quote, production commitment, product approval, or manufacturing agreement.
Apollo Future Labs is a brand of Apollo Future Technology, Inc., located at 30 Lindbergh Ave, Livermore, CA 94551. These Quote/RFQ Disclaimer Terms supplement Apollo's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Questions can be sent to privacy@apollofuturelabs.com.
2. RFQ purpose
The quote and RFQ flow collects information so Apollo can understand the company, product, format, formula status, materials, packaging, quality needs, fulfillment path, timing, and commercial blockers behind a potential project.
3. No final quote or acceptance
Submitting an RFQ does not mean Apollo has accepted the project, approved the product or formula, reserved capacity, confirmed line fit, guaranteed price, guaranteed MOQ, guaranteed lead time, or agreed to manufacture the product. Apollo may request more information, recommend a different path, pause review, or decline a project.
4. Buyer responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for submitting accurate information, having authority to share it, identifying confidential or third-party-owned materials, confirming product claims and regulatory requirements, maintaining rights to formulas and assets, and obtaining qualified review for labels, claims, channels, safety, and sale requirements where needed.
5. Scope variables
Pricing, MOQ, timing, eligibility, and production path can change based on formula behavior, format, run size, ingredients, supplier terms, component minimums, packaging, labels, artwork, tooling, testing, customer-supplied materials, documentation, storage, fulfillment, payment timing, and quality review.
6. Confidentiality and NDA timing
Apollo can perform high-level fit review before receiving sensitive information. If deeper formula, supplier, pricing, or proprietary information is needed, Apollo may route the project through NDA steps before requesting files.
7. Supplier, testing, and third-party costs
Supplier quotes, lab tests, freight, storage, special documents, tooling, fixtures, electronic-signature services, fulfillment, and third-party requirements may be separate line items unless included in an approved written scope.
8. Written approval controls
Only written quotes, statements of work, purchase orders, invoices, manufacturing agreements, NDAs, quality agreements, or other approved project documents control commercial obligations. Website examples and form outputs are planning aids.
