2. Acceptance of terms
By using the Apollo website, submitting a form, or accessing resources, you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apollo's posted Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice, along with any applicable project-specific terms, including the Quote/RFQ Disclaimer Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
4. Website use
The website is provided for lawful business evaluation and communication with Apollo. You may not misuse the website, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or send information you are not authorized to share.

6. Quote and RFQ limitations
Online forms, preparation checklists, and RFQ submissions help Apollo evaluate fit and next steps. They are not final quotes, binding offers, acceptance of a project, reserved capacity, guaranteed pricing, guaranteed MOQ, guaranteed lead time, or approval of any formula, claim, label, supplier, material, component, or sales channel. 7. User submissions
You represent that you have the rights and authority to submit company, contact, product, formula, supplier, project, and related information to Apollo. You are responsible for accuracy, completeness, confidentiality markings, third-party permissions, and updating Apollo if project assumptions change.
8. Manufacturing agreement priority
Manufacturing, R&D, sampling, procurement, testing, storage, fulfillment, document support, electronic signature, billing, and production work require approved written scope, pricing, payment terms, materials requirements, quality expectations, file requirements, and any applicable agreements. If a signed agreement or approved project scope conflicts with website content, the signed agreement or approved scope controls.
9. Intellectual property
Apollo owns or licenses the website content, layout, copy, graphics, forms, checklists, documents, and examples unless stated otherwise. You may use public materials to evaluate Apollo services, but you may not copy, resell, rebrand, publish, or use them commercially without Apollo's permission.
10. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Apollo disclaims implied warranties and limits its liability related to website use, website content, unavailable features, third-party services, and online submissions.
